Dahlia is a snarky reaper from the Order of Nahum. She is often seen accompanying Creaux and is with him when she first meets Lily in her mission in Asia. Dahlia is categorized by many as a witch, but self identifies as a human practitioner of magic.
Not much is know about the mysterious child girl who has aided the Death Reapers in their battles against the Vampire Cabal. She seems to be knowledgeable about the affairs of the underworld.
